Relationships are a cornerstone in our lives. Having healthy relationships that we can rely on helps us continue to develop in multiple areas of our lives. Unfortunately, for most of us, we tend to accept, or tolerate low-quality relationships from those in our life. We rarely take the time to analyze the quality of the relationships that we engage with most often. People become comfortable in relationships and begin to let things slide that they know aren't beneficial to them, or acceptable.
