As we go through life, it's pretty standard for us to pick up baggage that sticks with us longer than we'd initially hoped. Dealing with this for so long, it becomes something that we are used to, and we learn how to function with it in our lives. We aren't aware of how this baggage we unconsciously carry affects our day-to-day mood, productivity, and overall personal growth. It stops us from reaching our fullest potential because we are dealing with unnecessary problems, whether that be internal or external.
