Honestly, there is no natural way around burnout. We have so much that we have to deal with daily. At the pace that life tends to operate, we rarely take a moment to evaluate our energy. Failure to do so can frequently lead to burnout. Our overall well-being relies on being aware and operating on our highest frequency. While this isn't realistic, it is your job to make sure that you have more days of feeling rejuvenated than not.
